250gsm archival paper: a fine art matte finish crafted for longevity and vibrant color depth.

2. Authenticity Guarantee & Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

To protect collectors against unauthorized copies, every archival paper and canvas print includes an official physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

Each COA is individually hand signed by the artist (not a print or digital reproduction) and stamped with the official artist’s seal. It serves as your official proof of origin, verifying provenance and guaranteeing a genuine artwork directly from the studio.

3. Made to Order & Dispatch

Dispatched within 7 working days: each piece is custom printed individually upon order to eliminate bulk production waste and ensure peak quality.

4. Packaging & Shipping

• Packaging: Flat packed or tubed in heavy duty materials to ensure your print arrives safely.
• Domestic shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days for transit after dispatch within the country.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Policy: all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

6. Damaged Deliveries

While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we will gladly consider replacing items damaged during transit.

To file a damage claim:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos showing the damage to both the artwork and the exterior packaging.
• Keep all original packaging until your claim is processed.
